No. As per UK Legislation it is against the law to smoke indoors. Also, per your agreement, it is not permitted to smoke inside and Vivo building. There are designated smoking areas at each of the developments which you are welcome to use.
We have bike storage spaces at all or our residence so please feel free to bring it with you!
All our developments have public car parks located close by.
All our developments are in fantastic city centre locations that are close to the university and have great links to public transport. We also have to consider the impact on the environment when building our developments and because of this, the great location and the links to transport, we have not provided car parking spaces at any of the developments. Some of our accommodation offer parking with extra cost. Please contact us for more information enquiries@vivoresidential.com
All our residences have an on-site laundry room with washing and drying machines where you’ll simply pad ad hoc for any washing or drying you need. The laundry rooms are open 24 hours a day.
Detergent is not provided as standard but, in some residences, we do have detergent available to purchase. You will be able to speak to your residence team when you move in to understand if detergent is required.
