Any person who will turn 18 within the year they live with us and is a student enrolled with an educational institution can live with Vivo at any development across the UK.

£150 deposit will be taken upon booking.
With all bookings we allow a 2-day cooling off period from booking conformation. If you cancel within 2 days the full deposit will be refunded. After the 2 days a cancellation fee will be applied.
After booking and the expiry of the 2 days, the only way to release yourself from the Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement is to find a replacement tenant who will take on the full liability for payment of the Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement.
It is possible to transfer your booking and deposit over to another building, but you will need to go through the booking process again to select your accommodation in the new building.
Our team will be more than happy to have a conversation with you about the process to make it as easy as possible. Please be aware that administration charge may be applicable.

If you choose to pay by instalments and are reliant on a student loan, you are still responsible for making the payments on time according to the payment schedule within the signed contract.
